My first time bringing in a car for service at Euro-Asian Automotive. I spoke with Brian and set up an appointment to look at my 2009 Mini Cooper Clubman. It was running very rough. I told Brian I'm planning on giving this car to my niece and wanted to have it repaired as well as looked at to see if there were any other outstanding issues. Brian and his team fixed my rough engine issue for less than quoted and within a day. In addition they did a _thorough_ review of the car and I received an informative printout. This was _exactly_ what I was hoping for, but often I find that when I ask for someone to have a look I get back pretty general information. I was 100% satisfied and very happy to know I've found an auto repair shop I can trust. I highly recommend Euro-Asian Automotive repair.

We have been Euro-Asian customers for many years (and quite a few cars) and always trust and appreciate the service. Never an "upsell" like the dealerships seem to always push. Recently we had a frustrating problem with our SUV and Brian was able to advise us on repair. At this time we are able to avoid the repair so we are very grateful

Once again we got excellent care for our 3000 mile checkup and service. The nice thing about Euro-Asian is the location. Yesterday we walked across the side street and had coffee at Starbucks and read the paper while we waited. One time I took a nice walk along the river. Other times we have used the loaner car/s to run errands. You could even cross the street and do some grocery shopping. Just a great overall experience.

When dealing with auto mechanics, trust is my #1 issue. I trust Euro-Asian wholeheartedly. And, everyone has a high level of competence. Couldn't be happier.
