There is something so reassuring about knowing your mechanic will give you the straight scoop on auto repair and maintenance, not pressure you into unnecessary work or do work before it is required. I've enjoyed years (many) of great service from Euro-Asian Automotive. Not only do I feel confident in service - the employees are nice. The company has great business practices including eco-friendly ones like using solar energy. Euro-Asian is a certified local "Eco-Biz" recognized by the Lane County Pollution Prevention Coalition for minimizing their environmental impact. And if that wasn't enough their gardens are lovely. Easy scheduling, quick but thorough service for an oil change. Knowledgeable staff for my VW. Added perk, was able to borrow courtesy car to run an errand so I could stay on schedule. Will be returning for future needs.

The EuroAsian staff was efficient, accurate, kind and considerate when my beloved old Toyota abruptly stopped on my way to work. No go, oh my! . But my anxiety was quickly eased with a loner car from EuroAsian and a prompt diagnosis and cost estimate. All of this was late Friday afternoon, but no issue in getting me in my little Toyota and back on the road asap: parts ordered Friday, my car ready to roll Wednesday morning. Thanks EuroAsian! Check engine light come on along wth 2 other warnings. Stopped by and Travis did a readout calling for a new oil pressure Camshaft sensor. Made appointment to have it replaced. Yesterday at the appointment, Travis brought the new part to show how it functions before installation. Installed and Allison well!
