Since I moved to Eugene 5 years ago, I have come to Euro Asian Auto Repair, and I have been impressed by the high quality of service and the professionalism, courtesy, and kindness of the employees. This Monday when I came to have my oil changed, I was impressed five fold. I had forgotten to bring my Senior Bus Pass and also any dollars and change for the bus ride home. I was so happy that Mr. Rode himself gave me a ride home. We had a very enjoyable and useful conversation during the ride to my home. (It was useful because he gave me some good advice and encouragement for a problem I'm having with my apartment owners.) When I had dropped off my car, I also mentioned that the clock in my dashboard had become separated from its encasement and fallen back into the dashboard. When I came back to pick up my car, I was told that this clock had been fixed .... for free!!! I was so happy! Mr. Rode told me that this shop has been in business for 45 years, and he also told me one reason (besides the great service you provide) is because "we own our mistakes". I was so impressed by this phrase that I borrowed it and used it in a letter I have written to the management of the apartment building I live in. Thank you so much, Mr. Rode and Euro Asian Auto. If every shop, store, and company operated their businesses like Euro Asian Auto Repair does, we would be truly a great country!!!
