From the time of my first meeting with EA staff, I knew that my automobile needs would be met. The members of the staff seemed to portray a "We can do that.." attitude. Moreover, I felt an openness to express my concerns about our vehicle without any condescending remarks. Following the repairs, I was given a thorough explanation of the procedures that were just completed and it gave me a feeling of thoroughness.
