I've had my BMWs serviced here since I moved to Eugene 11+ years ago. The staff is always friendly and competent. They tell you what they are going to do, approximately how long they think it should take, and then deliver what they promised. If they feel they need to perform additional work, or other issues come up, they are quick to get back to you for information and approval to proceed. I've never had to return a vehicle for botched service. The prices are reasonable given the make of vehicle. What's not to like.
