Excellent, prompt service. Especially appreciated receiving and estimate, and then when they actually worked on fixing the problem, they found they didn't need to replace a part they thought they would, and so my final bill was less than the estimate, a pleasant surprise.

Wouldn't take the time to do a quote over the phone. Seems that the other Euro specialists have no problem with quotes. Makes we question how much they actually care about their customers. Too bad.
