My older Camry (2003 210K miles) developed a rough idle when cold. I tried all the usual things, plugs, coil packs, pcv valve, cleaned the throttle body and MAF sensor but after it went away it just came back( threw an engine code). I called Euro/Asian and Ryan at the front desk was able to get me in the schedule right then. I took the Camry there and Ryan asked me if I needed to borrow a car, for free. Needless to say I was impressed. I went about my business and he kept the car overnight to let it get really cold and then ran tests on it. The tech figured out that it was one of the new aftermarket coil packs I just put on, he replaced it with a good OEM pack I had just taken off and charged me only 2 hours for the fix. Long story short: They treated me super well, they were very good at their jobs, and of course, my Camry runs super well again. I have to mention, I'm somewhat mechanical and build vintage motorcycles every day. Even so, I was stumped! Georges' tech figured it out by the next day. I could have sprinkled money and sensors on that sucker for days and not figured out it was a new part I had just replaced. Thank you! Darren
