I received fantastic, immediate service for an Audi A3 that I purchased. I wanted it checked out before I purchased it and I was having trouble scheduling with other shops. The owner dropped it off over night, EuroAsian provided a loaner car, and they delivered me a report about the car in the early afternoon. The mechanic also spent 20 minutes on the phone with me talking through concerns he had about the vehicle. I purchased the car and will definitely be using their service. Great experience.

It was hard to start my Tacoma and I made an appointment with Asia/Auto. Ryan identified the starter as the problem and replaced it. I drove home by I-5 and there was a laud noise at the exist after a ten-minute drive. The pickup died at a stop sign about two blocks later. I experienced road rage, as the man behind me honked his horn, ran to my car, opened the door and screamed 'What the f... is going on." I told him the problem and he and others pushed me off to side. I had never ever experienced such behavior during nearly 60 years of driving.I called the garage. Ryan fetched a tow truck and my wife picked me up. Ryan checked the car over, had it test driven and refused even compensation for the towing and the extra checking. The service was superb and Ryan's attitude most professional and understanding. The pickup has been running without a problem.

Ryan explained everything. When I had an issue, he got me right back in. Having a car to use while mine was in the shop makes things alot easier! Will be taking my car there from now on.
