Today was the first time that I felt that the staff was not connected to my concerns when I checked in for my service appointment. When I arrived to pick up the vehicle I had to reexplain to another staff member what my concern was. Despite that it is still the best service/repair shop that I have found in the Eugene area. They did listen and made me at ease before I left the site.

I have used Euroasian for around 3 years now, ever since I moved back to Eugene. I'm so impressed by their customer service and knowledgeable staff! I recently brought in a used car I had purchased for an inspection. They were thorough, gave me a detailed report to bring back with me to the place of purchase, and their word makes me rest at ease in my recent purchase. They are also very prompt in setting appointments as well as timing the return of your vehicle. I would (and do) recommend them to anyone looking for auto servicing in Eugene.
