I called Euro-Asian for advice about code (catalytic converter) that caused the check engine light to come on. They provided very helpful advice and I took my car there for service. They noticed that an important 120,000 miles service was due, so I authorized them to do it. Many important service items were done that will help my car last many more miles. Their price was less than I would pay at my home in California and the car now runs very well. They did find the check engine code that I would probably have spent a lot of money "fixing" at home.

Problem wasn't fixed (car had been overheating) and mechanic called to ask about it and when describing the problem (it had overheated on the way to the Portland airport and a week later all the way back to Eugene if I went over 45-50 mph) he interrupted me to say, "I don't have time to drive it to Portland." No kidding. Then after all the diagnostics it came back as "no problem," but now a week later it is overheating again. Frustrating paying for diagnostics that do not diagnose the problem.

Paige, Thank you for your review. As we discussed we need to have the car show its symptoms in order to fix it. If you would like to bring the vehicle back I will be as accommodating as possible to assist your with a loaner vehicle and to try and find your issue. I called and left you a message on your phone and George (our owner) also replied via email. Please let us know when you can bring the vehicle back. We want to help, we just need to have the car comply with the repair process. We did send her back 100% of her money. She was surprised and happy we did this. We drove the car many miles and could not get it to over heat.

Great Service! They triaged my vehicle and recommended a service that another large automotive service firm was going to charge nearly double. Ryan and the team was great at communicating the status of my vehicle, offered to discussed further repairs with my husband (at my request), and was wonderful to work with! Service like nothing else I have experienced with a vehicle service.
