Friendliest and most courteous repair shop I have ever been to! Had my subaru towed here when it broke down driving from Bay area to Seattle. They did a quick diagnoses and confirmed my suspicion that I had lost the timing belt and the car would require major work. Needing to get back to Seattle immediately, Ryan (Manager) helped me setup a rental car and since a mechanic had a free minute was even able to give me a ride down to enterprise. They also let me store my car in their lot while I figured out what to do with the car, all while knowing that I would not have them perform any actual service for me (car was not worth amount of work needed). It's nice to know that some people are still able to run a business that is kind, courteous, and honest to their customers. Thanks again guys! My day would have been even worse without your help.

Your outstanding team turned a terrible situation into a pleasant experience. As you know I am from Roseburg and was traveling to Portland yesterday. As I neared Eugene my car began to overheat and steam was coming out from under the hood (at the time I thought it was smoke--so a little panicked). Fortunately I was near the Franklin Blvd exit. I exited the freeway, and then pulled into a restaurant parking lot not knowing what to do. I then remembered your shop. When I lived in Eugene years ago, you serviced my Porsche 911 SC and did a wonderful job. So I called and spoke with Ryan. Even though the shop was buzzing with clients, Ryan worked me in and got my car repaired. As I reflect on yesterday, I realize how easy it would have been for Ryan to simply tell me you could not do it because there were too many cars ahead of me. Obviously he did not! Your entire team did a great job, got my car repaired expertly, and the bill was very reasonable--there was no broken down, out of towner fee added. My Nissan Xterra had an issue with misfire that led to some spark plug replacements, etc. Euro Asian was very accommodating and flexible as i was trying to leave on a road trip when the problems started. They helped me explore a huge range of options and quoted me helpful prices. If i am in Eugene and have car trouble, ill be bringing my car back to Euro Asian Auto.

EuroAsian was able to accommodate my schedule, seeing my truck in the day that I brought it in...they were also able to meet my need at the minimum quoted price, which may have been fortunate happenstance but I appreciate it none the less. Everyone was pleasant to deal with and clear in their communication. Good job.
