Problem wasn't fixed (car had been overheating) and mechanic called to ask about it and when describing the problem (it had overheated on the way to the Portland airport and a week later all the way back to Eugene if I went over 45-50 mph) he interrupted me to say, "I don't have time to drive it to Portland." No kidding. Then after all the diagnostics it came back as "no problem," but now a week later it is overheating again. Frustrating paying for diagnostics that do not diagnose the problem.

Great Service! They triaged my vehicle and recommended a service that another large automotive service firm was going to charge nearly double. Ryan and the team was great at communicating the status of my vehicle, offered to discussed further repairs with my husband (at my request), and was wonderful to work with! Service like nothing else I have experienced with a vehicle service.

Typical superb service and quality

Friendliest and most courteous repair shop I have ever been to! Had my subaru towed here when it broke down driving from Bay area to Seattle. They did a quick diagnoses and confirmed my suspicion that I had lost the timing belt and the car would require major work. Needing to get back to Seattle immediately, Ryan (Manager) helped me setup a rental car and since a mechanic had a free minute was even able to give me a ride down to enterprise. They also let me store my car in their lot while I figured out what to do with the car, all while knowing that I would not have them perform any actual service for me (car was not worth amount of work needed). It's nice to know that some people are still able to run a business that is kind, courteous, and honest to their customers. Thanks again guys! My day would have been even worse without your help.
