They got me in quickly, checked the problem in a few minutes, and told me honestly that the cost would be about the same or more as the dealership's estimate, given the special tools they'd need to purchase. They charged nothing for this assessment. I appreciated their professionalism and friendliness and we definitely will be bringing our Mazda back here in future.
