They are not interested in fixing my engine problem. "It is normal to lose 1 quart of oil per 1,000 miles."

We are sorry you weren't satisfied with your service. Toyota has a technical service bulletin out for this known issue on vehicles with higher mileage and the recommended repair is a replacing the engine. We unfortunately do not do engine replacements here at Euroasian. You can give us a call if you'd like to further discuss this concern.
