EuroAsian Automotive accepted my car even though I accidentally showed up a week earlier than we had scheduled. My Mini Cooper was diagnosed by Wednesday, parts ordered by Thursday, and back in my driveway by Friday, for $500 below the worst case scenario. Everything was discussed beforehand and they even were able to text when my vehicle was ready for pickup. Everyone I spoke with was patient, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. 10/10 place for Mini Cooper repairs, hands down.

We dropped our car off without an appointment (it had to be towed). I called and they were very understanding and cool about it. We had it dropped off on Monday morning and they looked at it by Tuesday afternoon. They didn’t perform any work until we gave them the okay (after estimates).
