I am in town to work the Olympic Trials. The car that I keep in Portland (I live in Phoenix) had issues. Bryan was kind enough to work me in during my work day, communicated the issues and quoted a reasonable rate. He even called jiffy lube to see what they did over the weekend in an attempt to help me out. Couldn’t ask for any better service! My A/C was blowing cold when I headed for home. Bryan is knowledgeable about European and Asian vehicles and willingly responds to your questions. We have a sporadic noise in our car that hasn't been diagnosed yet. One of the techs rode with us and the noise did not occur during the trip. Bryan gave us some tips to help with the diagnosing the source of the annoying noise. Will be taking the car back for more followup.
