Bryan is knowledgeable about European and Asian vehicles and willingly responds to your questions. We have a sporadic noise in our car that hasn't been diagnosed yet. One of the techs rode with us and the noise did not occur during the trip. Bryan gave us some tips to help with the diagnosing the source of the annoying noise. Will be taking the car back for more followup.
