All of the staff, Bryan, David, Will, and Travis, are so informed, knowledgeable, and easy to deal with each and every time. It almost makes it fun to bring my car in for service. A great crew!

Ppl who are vigilant about their cars should never go here. After falling for their high reviews I brought my low mileage Accord 6 speed manual transmission in for a simple starter motor stating I want the New Honda OEM motor listed in the TSB issued by Honda. This started a two week long email and text exchange and big fat headache. Instead of taking 3 hours it took 6. I paid over $800 for a part I was told, while paying, is "new". Immediately I was sent the site to write my review. I couldn't write the review because I had concerns about the part used ( it seemed too forceful) and emailed the owner. When I finally examined my invoice the part serial number ended with RM..remanufactured and directly under it was printed "new". That must have been the first one they put in that Bryan said was defective. A few days later they sent me a second invoice with a serial number that matched a new aftermarket part. They put it in WITH OUT consulting me! I had stated clearly I only wanted the OEM Honda part. To condense this ...going back and forth for the next two weeks with George and Bryan....2 different invoices, 3 different guarantees, 3 different prices for a new OEM part $598 to over $800, and 3 different refund offers to put my broken starter back in. To top it off Poor George blamed me for "sidetracking" and "distracting" them😲

I stopped by a prominent local tire retailer for my free rotation and was told I needed new brakes. They supplied me with an estimate ans said they could fit me in right away. Luckily my Lexus has needed few repairs, but when it has, I've always relied on Euro-Asian. I felt that I probably actually did need new brakes so called and made an appointment. As always, Euro-Asian did an excellent job outfitting my car with new brakes all around AND at $500 less than LS. Trust Euro-Asian, you won't be sorry.

Bryan has been my go to guy and has always worked to help fix whatever problem I have w/ my car. It's an old VW bug - '99 - and parts aren't always easily found. He has managed to search it out and find them. I have total trust in the workmanship at EuroAsian!
